I love this place! I visited here likely over 10 years ago but since I was visiting the area I stopped in. If you love books, music, movies, games, and more, this is the best place for hard to find or unique items at lower than retail prices. Usually a thrift store will be cheaper but your chances of finding what you want are much greater here. It is a big store! They have things I have never seen elsewhere. I saw beautiful new books on Kurt Cobain and the Beatles for instance. There are deep books, fun books, and baby books. Books are in categories like sports, religion, health, science, manga, novels, and so many more! Everything is in alphabetical order within each category, even movies and music. They buy items to resell here and will make you an offer while you browse the store. Your items must be in great condition or they likely will not want them unless it's rare. It's all about demand and if they already have it. Go in and enjoy it on a rainy day...you can spend hours here!

Fair prices, for good reads.. Top shelf inventory of books. Topics include but are not limited to: Crafts of all kinds, kids reads and historical and religious beliefs. There's vinyl, as in records... Plus, CD's and DVD's. You'll find greeting cards, calendars, and book markers too... Journals for journaling... Small gifts for yourself or someone else. The staff is helpful and friendly too. The only negative, or a slight deduction may be... I don't get some of the organization, or arranging of books, but that might just be me.

It was a great first trip to a half price books for me on Sunday I brought in about 50 books & graphic novels and a dozen CUd's and they paid me $76 for all of it which was honestly more than I expected and was happy with that price knowing how easily the value of books depreciate. While waiting for them to look at all the books I brought in and browsed the store and was surprised at how much different stuff they had not only do they have books but they had records CDs video games graphic novels toys bobbleheads Funko Pops and all kinds of other stuff I didn't know Half Price Books had all this cool stuff inside until yesterday definitely going to have to come in here and do some shopping one day great first experience.

Friendly staff, wide selection... And if they didn't have it, the staff will order from another location. My whole family, kids included, love Half Price Books (Everett location). It's also easy to sell books here!

Always a good time here. You gotta let your nerd out once and a while, half priced books is my go to for that. If you need gas or coffee funds you can bring in all your old crap and they'll give you that, hell yeah, that's dope right there.
