I ordered and purchased a book and it was being delivered from one of the Texas stores. The text to say it had arrived said the book was damaged and they were going to give me a refund and the book. And they did just that. I used the refund to buy more books. Everyone I've interacted with there have always been nice and helpful.

This is one of my favorite stores! Its fun to go in and see what new things they have for board games and videos games as their inventory changes almost daily.The kids section is also really good with a great selection of books for all ages and a wonderful clearance section where you can find lots of great books for very cheap.Selling to them is relatively quick! It usually takes 30-45 minutes for them to go through an IKEA bag full stuff but typically I drop it off first and look around so time flies by. The offer is usually on the low side but selling in bulk is a fast way to clear unwanted books and games from your shelf fast.
