HPB Penn Park

I went in today to find a specific book for my daughter and found it right away because of how well organized the store is. I even found some really good books and DVDs on clearance. My cashier was so funny and named Happy. I've never had a more delightful experience at check out as we talked about the great selection of reusable bags for sale. I will absolutely be back, the customer service and selection is top notch.

Holy God man yall need to give the book counter buy and seller a raise. She has got to be the best at what she does. She is very attentive. She was quick. And she was able to answer all the questions I had while I waited. And there were so many people there. But she was great. I probably bugged her to much but she really does need a raise. I wish I could give tips bc I would have twice over and then some.

I absolutely love this book store. It also has toys, craft kits, games, and vinyl records. I love getting gifts from her for others. My kids enjoy going there as well. I get school books and things for college studies. If you have books you need to get rid of, maybe you have duplicate copies, you can sell them to them. I have even purchased a set of DC comic glass wear and an anime bento lunch box from them. They have several locations, so be sure to check them out.

I like half price books. There's just a few employees in there that need a lot more training in customer service. I do not like the fact that they do not have bags to carry your books out.
