HPB Southpark Meadows

I love Half Price Books, I am from El Paso, TX and every time I visit Austin, my son and I go there. He's an avid reader, he always finds books that aren't available at bookstores here and as for me, I like to buy DVDS, unfortunately because of all the streaming apps, they are becoming extinct but here, at Half Price Books, I've found some that I haven't been able to find anywhere. I wish there was a Half Price Books in El Paso, my son and I would absolutely love that

This is one of the bigger stores under the Half Price banner. It has chairs to sit in and read. It was discos. It also a decent selection of manga which is why I went in the first place. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had a great visit.

Best half-priced books Ive been to! Staff was excellent in helping us find books. Very large selection and really great prices.

We go to a lot of bookstores, both big name and backwoods. Overall half price is well organized. I guess I just get a bit flustered when they quote unquote alphabetize the authors yet they don't go past the first letter and you're trying to look for a specific author and it's in six different spots. I only saw this in the sci-fi section cuz that's where I was looking that day so I'm not sure if it is store wide. I mean not as bad as some half prices we have been to recently. But it sure would make it easier to find what I'm looking for without having to zigzag back and forth. The store was very clean. They cashier was very friendly. I'm of two minds about the gender fluid bathrooms not that I'm against any of that but walking in there after a guy used it there are several reasons men have their own bathrooms. Needless to say I left a light/fan on when I left to save the next person's nose.

Really loved this location! Plenty to choose from and I enjoyed the layout!
