Feyre has returned to the Spring Court, determined to gather information on Tamlin's actions and learn what she can about the invading king threatening to bring her land to its knees. But to do so she must play a deadly game of deceit. One slip could bring doom not only for Feyre, but for everything--and everyone--she holds dear.
As war bears down upon them all, Feyre endeavors to take her place amongst the High Fae of the land, balancing her struggle to master her powers--both magical and political--and her love for her court and family. Amidst these struggles, Feyre and Rhysand must decide whom to trust amongst the cunning and lethal High Lords, and hunt for allies in unexpected places.
In this thrilling third book in the #1 New York Times bestselling series from Sarah J. Maas, the fate of Feyre's world is at stake as armies grapple for power over the one thing that could destroy it.

One of my favourite book series! She writes fantastic enemies to lovers and then a war in protecting this. As well as addressing PTSD effects and recovery. #SpringPicks
One of my favorite series! Highly recommend reading this! You won’t be able to put it down, so good!
Holy cow. I just sacrificed all my sleep for this book, and I don't regret it at all. I've never felt such strong emotions while reading a book as I did with this series. I loved every single page and delayed finishing it for as long as I could withstand. I really didn't want this series to end, but I'm so happy with how it did. I nearly had a heart attack several times at the end, but I made it through somehow. I cried so much. There are tear stains all over my book. That's how you know it was good. I love this series (especially Rhysand) with all my heart and will probably reread it a bazillion times. I would normally be deterred by a 700 page book, but I'm totally cool with this one. Teach me your ways, Sarah J. Maas. #SummerReading
Sarah J Maas' conclusion to her much-loved "A Court of Thorns and Roses" series delivers on all fronts: character development, world-building, relationships, thrilling battles, etc. It is a real testament to Maas' talent that she manages to balance so many elements effectively. Perhaps the most engaging part of this book, however, is the background that readers get on characters besides the core couple. While the first book outlined Feyre's character and the second appropriately focused on reorienting the reader's perception of Rhysand, "ACOWAR" fleshes out the dynamic and well-rounded members of the Night Court and even those outside of it. For this reason, the third book is decidedly my favorite of this series. There is nothing worse than a great series ruined by an unsatisfying conclusion. Luckily for us, Maas saves her readers from this fate and gives "ACOTAR" the finale it deserves.
I would highly recommend this book. It is a high fantasy thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. You don’t know how the book will end until the final page. Filled to the brim with searing romance, broken bonds, and highs and lows like you’ve never seen, A Court of Wings and Ruin will give you a run for your money for the best book of all time. This entire series has been a joy to read. Well done.
