  • Not Just For Those Who Struggle

    Kelley D. - 6 years 6 months ago

Perennial self-help favorite, Codependent No More, is not just for those who struggle with the desire to change the people around them, it's for people who desire to change the world around them. Beattie shows both the strengths and weaknesses of persons who would otherwise be judged for living in or walking away from destructive people and habits. She allows the reader to see the light at the end of the tunnel while simultaneously forcing them to understand the darkness in their current situation. This book is for any person who has ever loved someone or something so fiercely that they were willing to give up parts of themselves. In that context, it is for all of us.
