    Having a daughter who needs to be taught all the things about growing up can be difficult! This book helped facilitate conversations about what was happening to her body. It is easy for a pre-teen to read and the information is presented in a positive, uplifting, yet realistic manner. If you are dreading the "difficult" conversations about growing up or your daughter is having trouble talking to you about what is going on, this book will help!
