  • Harry Potter and The Sorcerers Stone

    Cecilia F. - 5 years 10 months ago

Harry Potter thinks he is an ordinary boy, but when he gets a mysterious letter his aunt and uncle go viral about he doesn't know what to expect. On his birthday a very large man called hagrid pays him a visit and tells him all about hogwarts and his parents. Harry then goes to hogwarts and meets his best friend Ron wesley. He also meets a girl named Hermoine Granger who he at first thought was annoying but later on they become good friends. Harry potter who is just a first year at hogwarts defeats a troll, becomes the youngest quidditch player in a century, and defeats voldemort...for now. He has the adventure of a lifetime in just his first year. I like this book because it includes adventure, magic, bravery, and friendship. I disliked how malfoy was a stubborn bully and picked on his classmates any way he could. I would recommend this to my cousins because all they do is watch tv and play video games, I think that if they read this book they would have a great time feeling like they were in the story how I do when I read it. I think it would get their minds of video games and they would focus on other stuff to I loved this book a lot I hope other people do to. Over all this is one of my favorite books I hope other people include this as a favorite to.#SummerReading
