HPB Staff ReviewHouse of Sky and Breath continues to build upon the world of Crescent City, created in the first novel of the series, "House of Earth and Blood." Bryce continues to look into the mysteries surrounding Danika and what she was researching. She and Hunt must tread carefully because they know the Asteri are watching them, but of course, they cannot stay out of trouble in their quest to help those who are largely unable to help themselves. Bryce, The River Queen, and the Rebels are all searching for a seemingly human boy, each with their own motives for wanting to find him. The twist at the end will have you flipping back a few pages to re-read some passages looking for what you missed. Totally worth the read.
