  • The beginning of a great series

    The House of Night Series is such a fun and entertaining series for both teens and young adults. The plot is not only well written but the author creates back stories to characters that are in depth. For teens and young adults this book really put an emphasis on what it's like coming of age even if the main character isn't exactly human. It's very relatable and thrilling. I'd definitely recommend this book.

    A coming of age story with a twist. Zoey Redbird has just been marked as one of the many teens selected to join the House of Night Academy. But this isn't just any old school, it's a school for vampires. Zoey's mom and step-dad are less than pleased, but her grandmother is thrilled and supportive of her new path in life. Follow Zoey on her journey to transitioning into a vampire, harnessing her newfound magical abilities, and *gasps* a teenage drama-filled love triangle!!
