An epic conclusion to an unforgettable series
Katherine F. - 4 years 8 months agoOnce again Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff demonstrate what an amazing team they make in Obsidio, the third and final installment in the Illumanie Files. As in the last two books, we have a cast of new characters, along with returning characters from the previous novels. This time the story takes place on Kerenza IV, the planet that was invaded in Illuminae (the first book of the series) by a corporation called Bei Tech industries. The novel follows the civilians on Kerenza IV who survived the initial assault. The civilians and refugees must work together in order to take back control of their planet before Bei Tech can finish what they came for - which does NOT include leaving survivors. Fast-paced and full of surprises, coupled with a cast of unforgettable characters, the Illuminae Files is the perfect recipe for a series that you will not want to miss.
