  • I am now hooked on Lord Peter Whimsey books!

    Stacy K. - 5 years 2 months ago

I enjoyed this mystery set in the 1920's. I liked Lord Peter Wimsey's and Mr. Bunter's sense of humor. It was a page turner as I was wanting to find out what happened to Mr. Levy and who the mysterious body found in the bathtub belonged to. #SpringPicks

  • Excellent Classic Mystery, Lord Peter Whimsy series

    Bailey S. - 6 years ago

I love Dorothy L. Sayers. Great mystery stories. Very fond of the Lord Peter Whimsy series, of which I believe this is the first. Very different, interesting, vintage, British characters. Creatively and intelligently spun web of mystery. I consider Sayers books to be classics. Not your cheap cheesy mystery - these are a cut above. If you like good mystery, along the lines of Agatha Christie, try Dorothy L. Sayers. #SummerReading
